Lego Head Marshmallow Pops

Along with the Lego cake I made for my brother’s birthday, I made marshmallow pops that look like Lego mini figure heads. These were really easy to make. I took one half of a mini marshmallow and glued I t on top of a normal sized marshmallow using a bit of chocolate. After that, I Inserted a Popsicle stick into the end of the marshmallow and then dipped the whole marshmallow into yellow chocolate and let it dry. Then using a food marker, I drew on little faces and Ta Da! You have adorable and tasty treats! Thanks for reading!

Red Velvet Treat Pops

A few days ago, I found this really good red velvet cake recipe and decided to use it to make treat pops. I had an unopened box containing treat pop containers that i had been planning to use for quite some time. Once the red velvet cake was done,  I crumbled it and placed it at the bottom of the treat pop container. Then using a ziplock bag filled with the yummy cream cheese icing that i had made earlier, I piped a little bit on top of the red velvet cake. Then I again placed a chunk of crumbled cake and topped it off with cream cheese.

The red velvet cake  was extremely soft and moist and and tasted even better with the cream cheese icing. Here is the link to the recipe: http://divascancook.com/2009/11/the-best-red-velvet-cake-recipe-easy-homemade-moist-with-southern-flair.html

Here is a picture of it:
